Story


Tarabani is a rural town on the Western coast of Sicily. The town was founded by Greek colonists in the 3rd century BC and was subsequently ruled by the Carthaginians, Romans, Vandals and Byzantines. Nowadays the town hosts the summer palace of the Arabic Emir (King) of Bal'harmo (Palermo). Although being part of the Arab dominated Emirate, most of Tarabani's inhabitants still adhere to Greek orthodox christianity.
