i dont really know how to leave or do a download at the moment when i find out i will lwave one bu i can give you the seed for it is that ok?

to make a world save, do the following
  1. at the minecraft main menu, cilck resource packs
  2. press the open resource pack folder button at the bottom
  3. once the resource pack folder is open, hit the up file button
  4. click the saves folder
  5. right click the folder with the same name as your world
  6. hover over send to then click zipped folder
  7. copy the new .zip file to your documents
  8. use a site like mediafire or dropbox to upload your file
  9. paste a link to your file in the world save box when you edit a post!

there you go!

Those are the best.  You do need a web service like them. I use Dropbox.  It is free and easy to use!
