Basic tip for screenshots: Press F1 before taking them. It removes the cursor & item row.

Other, it seems it is a 7x5 screen. One thing to think about with al this wiring is the timing,
It would be a shame if one frame gets into another frame. It is to best to get the timing in a way that al the pixels refresh at the same time, I know it could cause some lag but still.
