Announcement: I am still working on this project. It's not dead!

Hey!
I just found this map as I was throwing some of my old ones away. I started this project about two years ago and I last worked on it a little over a year ago. I totally forgot I had it but I still like the idea behind it and maybe I will contine to work on it.

Description:
This city was supposed to be created at the end of the 19th century because the Industrial revolution was polluting the world and the people had to hide underground. This was one of the cities they constructed to survive. The poor people live on the lower levels and the rich on the higher. I was planning to construct three levels with Art Deco skyscrapers on top of the city. This was supposed to be a safe haven from the outside world but the lower class workers are poor and their level is in a bad state. This causes a lot of discrimination in the city and tensions are slowly starting to build up.
The part that I've built has a powerplant, a functional trainstation, a market, police station, a bank and a town hall. I needed to add a bit more details to the train stations etc... but I didn't even know I still had this world until yesterday, so don't be hard on me :P
Everything was made completely by hand.
