If no one is on or they won't show you do /warp clocktower and move to the left a little till you see a hudge building the continue toward (from the way u were facing when you arrived at the warp. You will run into a dirt wall but there are stairs somewhere nearby in the dirt once you get to the top of the wall continue left untill u see the build
