Originally appearing in "The Cage" in 1966, the Starship Enterprise has wove itself into the heart on millions. The Starship Enterprise, also know as NCC-1701, was commissioned in the early 23rd century along with eleven other Constitution-Class cruisers, and was originally under the command of Captain Christopher Pike from the 2250s to the 2260s. The famous Captain James T. Kirk came under command of the Enterprise in 2265 for a five-year voyage that ended in 2270. The Enterprise was re-fitted multiple times during her service, her most extensive refit during the 2270s, ending her classic look and bringing a new age of exploration for the Enterprise.
The Enterprise was designed by Matt Jefferies for Gene Roddenberry, eventually giving him recognition for his design by naming engineering tunnels "Jefferies Tubes".
This particular model was designed for roleplay purposes, and sadly is not a 100% accurate representation of the famous starship. Most of the famous rooms of the Enterprise will be represented in the ship, with passages connected rooms and turbolifts allowing access to different decks of the ship. The ship is nearly 1:1 scale, however interiors may be larger than 1:1 scale to better allow representation of features within the ship. A special resource pack was created for the ship that will be released within the save file for easy viewing of the ship.
EDIT: She's "done" ... ish. I completed this ship a while ago but never got around to putting her up on PMC. I plan on being more active, so expect some more ships in the near future!
