I know what you are thinking: the building materials are boring! That is because this house is based almost exactly off of one I saw in real life.

Feel free to paste it into your own world. However, if you use it in Multiplayer, please credit me as the builder.

Additional Notes

This house took about 90 minutes to build.

I'm already building a town on a server that has one of these houses (except it's made with jungle wood and doesn't have any porches). I will probably put more of these in the town in the future.
