Villa Italien

This is a villa that I have built for a Bauevent. It is fully furnished. This Villa I had won the Bauevent. The event took place on the server "Brauhaus der Hoffnung" instead.

Now I have this villa excised from the Map Copy & Paste and place it to you at your disposal.

In the basement is a brothel. In the ground floor is a cafe, a shop selling ice cream and one for vegetables. On the first floor is an apartment. Note the sewing room here. On the second floor is an apartment, it should be noted here a triangular bed and the children's room. On the third floor is a storage for different things. And finally on the roof is a roof terrace.
