Weather Clear and Time Clock Switch

I made this so that I could have the best of both worlds: A switch to make it night and day, and at the same time, when it was daytime, to have a mechanism that would clear the weather at even the slightest hint of anything.

This project is intended to be embedded into the ground. Otherwise, just BE SURE you have glass blocks or air above the two locations where the light detectors are appearing.
