Weather Clearing Device

This is a simple weather-clearing device designed by VulcanoStrol for use on the Race for Wool map, Badlands Boogaloo, by iTruthful and Phorxy. It uses a minecart to activate a command block every few minutes that clears the weather for the maximum duration.

This device makes glass ceilings above Race for Wool maps obsolete. I encourage mapmakers to update any older maps you may have made that include glass ceilings to remove them and add this device to them instead. Make sure to save your map after using the "/gamerule commandBlockOutput false" command, or else players and spectators will be spammed with a message indicating that the weather has been cleared for 99999 ticks every few minutes.
