This temple is inspired by Ankgor Wat in Cambodia. It's built in a swamp biome, with 100 x 70 plaza that I built on top of the water.
The outer wall is 3 blocks deep to accommodate redstone sticky-piston doors. The stone is all smooth sandstone, sandstone stairs, and glowstone with regular torches for light.
The inner temple is various forms of sandstone, red brick and red wool. It features inside, a fire shrine and a water shrine, with corresponding fire and water fountains out front, decorated with red flowers, lilypads and oak trees. Fire is maintained with netherrack as fuel.
Built in Survival, entirely with legit materials, on The Land of Espar.
