yeah World Painter but you have to use the material Mesa to get the clay lines in the terrain not just make the biome Mesa

This^. Also, you have to get the angle of the slopes right to make it look like actual mesa, Which you seem to have done well.

tbh that was the only reason i made the map. I just wanted a decent proof of concept that would stand out from all of the other mesa stuff on PMC. it took about 5-6 hours to actually get the slope to look realistic and im glad you took notice of it :D
