How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

Features: Plenty of places to hide/explore.
A good amount of chests situated around the map at various ruins and locations.
A dense forest, much more so than my previous map.

How do you download this map because i did and i placed it in the saves folder and it wont work.

You have to place the file in the .rar file into your saves for it to work.
