Hello! My server is a creative server that you can do anything on it! It does have mobs (No creepers) and maybe the occasional griefer (I have plugins so that griefers will be banned on site and off) and you can use the /i command to get your own items!
Rules:
NO LAVA, TNT, OR FIRE unless the admin is on and you can tell him/her that you are using it for a building project.
Flymod and TooManyItems are allowed
Build a structure of some-sort in the suburbs
we have warps too so use em!
No Foul Language!

The server runs uses Brohoster to run the server and as you may have heard the company has shutdown along with the servers that rely on it. Unfortunately, chanoun is on holiday (he may be back im not sure im about to attempt to skype him).
I'm sure the server will eventually be back up but i've seen rumours that the server maps and files of brohoster customers have been corrupted but that may not be true.
TL;DR: Brohoster stopped running servers so the server stopped too
