This server is using the Pixelmon Custom map , Pixelmon Island! (We call it Gentlemon cause y'know, branding)
There are a few differences with this server from the map:
> Chests (Loot) refill automatically.
> Economy System (Tiki )
> Custom Spawning 

What is Gentlemon Island?
Gentlemon island is an Island that any pokemon spawns, Mewtwo on a boat , groudon on a mountain , it will happen. Whilst searching you can find loot that can give you money/items.
