This patch removed a lot of the issues and a few crashes that the modpack caused, and removed a major source of lag.
The server has also been pre-generated out to around ~15k on each axis.

The spawn is great, I had a good chuckle at the "Don't make it necessary for me to create more rules" sign and the sweetroll machine helped out a lot.
On a side note, for those interested in the server, the crashing mentioned in this post has been identified as an issue relating to the create mod, and a bug report has been posted to the LunaPixel Modpack developers.
