Welcome to Mercury's PlanetMC page. Mercury is a server based off of the mercury modpack on technic. This server requires the technic launcher and the Mercury modpack. If you do not know how to add a modpack, read this;
Step 1: Go to technicpack.net
Step 2: Download the technic launcher
Step 3: Find the Mercury modpack on the browse modpacks tab
Step 4: Copy the Platform URL of Mercury
Step 5: Open the technic launcher
Step 6: Click add modpack
Step 7: Paste the platform URL
Step 8: Run the modpack
Step 9: Have fun
