New Server In Testing | Needs Staff!

Hello! I am making a server called "Atropolis" (has no meaning just a made up word) and I need some beta testers/staff. Now with staff, I' m trying to create a new generation of well rounded and informed staff so I will be accepting people who have no experience, your personality and comon decency is all I'm looking for since most server owners deny new staff, but they need to start somewhere. So bare with me, my staff may not be the most informed and not the best when it comes to handling things but they should get better over time as long as they are listening. I will only allow people applying for staff to be helpers or builders. By that saying though, I am still accepting people who have experience, I'd like them to be more of mentors for the younger staff and teach them how to handle players because 2 minds are better than one. I am also looking for builders, because I'm getting kinda tired building everything myself haha. Builders are really the only type of staff that needs experience. Besides the information staff, I need a few players on to help me test commands and make sure everything is running smoothly, so just play regularly! Thank you! I hope to see you on Atropolis.
