Looks : He has raven black hair, dark green eyes, thick eyebrows, scars scattered all over him. He normally wears a grey tank top, a small necklace that has spikes hanging off it, a single dog tag. He also wears green army pants and black boots. Around his head he wears a sash that's meant to go around his waist but sewed it so it would go around his head. This sash was given to him by an old lover that he keeps track of.

Back story ( kind of )
Oliver was born on the day that George Washington was elected to be president and lived a pretty normal life. He fought in all the wars and took part in any excitement he could find since he was young. During WW2 he had to escort a prince name Tomoae across America to his family. He and the prince accidentally fell in love during the week they were together even though it before they had arrived at the prince's destination, the enemy had shot them down and Oliver took a bullet to the heart. As he fell into the ocean, he realised that he was immortal. After the prince brought him to shore, they both made their seperate ways. Even though he was immortal and got seperated from the man he loved, Oliver followed every reincarnation of prince Tomoae hoping to find one that remember the love they had during that week. That brings him to present day and he lives in a plane ( he made the enemy fish out every single bit they could find of his plane and rebuild it after the war ended ) and uses it to follow after Prince Tomoae's reincarnations.
