Charlie B. Barkin is a character of the 1989 film 'All Dogs Go To Heaven', In the story, we meet Charlie, who escapes the pound with his friend Itchy, his escape is succesful and he returns to his bussiness partner, Carface Caruthers, to congratulate on his escape, he gives him a little 'surprise' . . . Thats the starting plot to the movie, it is a very good, enjoyable and is very dark in places, it will make you laugh, cry and everything inbetween, so i highly reccommend you check it out!
