Here's a skin of colonel autumn from fallout 3 a friend requested. this skin looks radically different from my normal ones because i had some help. i'm terribly bad at shading, so i used a template by Kefka to help make it look good. so full credit to her (or him) for the shading aspect. to prove the skin itself was made by me, here is the unshaded version i was originally planning on posting:
