The Fourth Doctor is the 4th Incarnation of The Doctor, he is one of the best Doctors (And my Fav IMO). This series introduced his infamous, temporary wooden console room. He has worn more than one outfit throughout the series and it noticeably changes every season, the most dramatic change being Season 18.
Warning: Don't ask this for Jelly Babies, this is only a skin and cannot talk
To Remove the scarf, disable left & right pants leg, and jacket.
