Hello All! I have come out with *DrumRoll A VILLAIN! Dr. Freak. The craziest guy you will ever hear of. Well, Before The backstory and powers of Dr. Freak I welcome you to leave any tips or advice.

Back Story:
Dr.Freak or John X. Linny as he was back then, was a very gifted young man. He was working with the Doctors when he eat a strange pill by accident thinking it was his regular vitamins he kept there. Soon he realized he could hear the thoughts of all the doctors, and even influence them! He soon rose to power by making them think he deserved a promotion. Dr. Freak soon become corrupted with his powers and began to steal things. Using his powers he made the Guards think it was okay to leave and he stole all sorts of stuff. Cars, Diamonds, Famous Art, and eventually people he started testing on. Dr. Freak quit his Job and built an underground base for himself. He soon went mad down there and Dr. Freak became a wanted Villain. Now he roams the streets with a creepy smile on his lips stealing and capturing for his own pleasure.
