The major reoccurring villain from the 007 films. Those of you who suck may instead know him as "that one guy that Doctor Evil is based on" (unless you suck so much that you weren't aware Doctor Evil was based on someone).

Also a 16x16 version of the default skin for my VillainCraft texture pack (looks way better in 32x32 though)

And yes, I'm fully aware the facial scar is on the wrong side. For some reason it just looks better on this side.
