I found it difficult to find a Full Dragon (or) skin that I liked that didn't have a Skill Cape on it. So I took the gold trimming from one skin and change the coloring on it a little, added some noise to it for better graphical look. Then I took the base from another skin I really liked and put them together. Making something I enjoy and hope others can as well.
