Step #1: Go to the PMCSkin3D Skin Maker
Step #2: Look over at the large column on the side
Step #3: Find the "Opacity" bar
Step #4: Adjust the opacity to your liking (or how clear you want the color to be)
Step #5: Now you can draw on the skin, but if you specifically want to make glasses (or other clear things), try drawing it on an outer layer (diamond armor on the right side)
