I actually don't know anything about neptunia, but I found this character by an addon for l4d2 that changed rochelle to iffy. I did a bit of research and found out she likes phones. and the little pockets on her belt are phone pockets! does she really need that many phones?!

yeah? I decided to try a different style than just going in with the burn and dodge tool and going crazy, making the hair look messy. Since Iffy doesn't have messy hair I shaded differently. I'm glad you like it. I'll use this style more often neow
