Entry for IcarianPrince's and wakasocks' contest. The theme was Fallout.

Her name is Jay, and lives in a fallout shelter. She goes out with her companion, Roy, to scavenge abandoned towns and cities, and to search for other survivors. Jay usually sends messages to other shelters, and has the nickname Bluebird.
