I actually made this skin in the first few days of the contest. But the story, took a bit longer :P I kept changing my mind on what I wanted him to be. Actually getting motivated to write a story up took a while too...

TL;DR -- Ex-Soldier, received illegal bionics after large wound, became mercenary, wanted for numerous crimes
