Technique - 9/10. It doesn't look much in 2-D, but once I checked this out in 3-D, it looked like a masterpiece!
Quality - 7/10. Simplistic shading, yet it looks great!
Functionality - 9/10. Since this looks fantastic in 3-D, I can see this working fine on 1.8+ servers. The only reason I deducted one point is because it's not universal, but honestly, this is only a nitpick due to it looking way better on a 64x64 model type.
