Hello, guys and gals! Today, I'm back with another skin, lel.
For the past 2 days, while I was bored on my smartphone, I decided to make a skin.
Yes...a skin...made on a friggin smartphone.

This guy is supposed to represent a fancy rich Welsh gentleman with a top hat.
Aaand it sort of looks like ItsKnowy, apparently.
