Fixed the 1.9 to 1.0 issue
Changed the W more. Looks better.
Left the harsh shading
Pastel is from a slightly obscure shoot'em up from Konami called Twinbee/RainbowBell/Stinger. She also was in Konami Krazy Racers on the Gameboy Advance.
I did my best trying to capture her likeness in such large pixels. The W on her chest for example was very tricky, and still ended up looking like 2 V's.
