The Piglin Chief would be a mob very similar to the illager patrol. When you kill the Piglin Chief a squad of piglin will head towards your portal and when they get there they will then destroy the portal leaving the player trapped in the Nether.
Spawn Rules:
The Piglin Chief would spawn in the new base for the Piglin or just patrolling the nether.
