Experts in curative magic, and fairly handy with spears, Pilgrims provide stronger support than your Hero can. With access to spells like Healus, SpeedUp, and Increase, they can keep the party healthy and power them up in a pinch. They even get a bit of offensive magic, like the wind spell Infermost, and the powerful, yet dangerous Sacrifice. Most notoriously, Pilgrims are traditionally privy to the most lethal of spells: Beat and Defeat. These magicks have the power to kill their targets instantly, and thus are forbidden knowledge only the most pious and sagacious may retain.
