The skin will not be transparent online. So if you want it to be transparent it will only work offline or if you play with a downloaded minecraft on a offline server. And to make it work you replace the skin with char.png in the minecraft.jar

If you want to wear this skin with the invisible parts, download the Spoutcraft launcher or replace the char.png in the Minecraft files with the skin and play offline.

sorry but ther is no way to fix that when your playing online, but if you play offline then you can remove it, if you go in to the minecraft folder and replace the char.png with the skin you want. to get ther go to, %appdata% --> roaming --> minecraft --> bin then open minecraft.jar with Winrar and from ther go to mob then delete char.png and take the skin you want to use and put it in that folder and rename it char.png
