i figured it trough this post http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2317762-new-18-skin-template-complete-with-alignment-markers/  download the image ( by right clicking and selecting "Save as" ) and check the screenshots, using this method you can have a Right arm & legs and a unique Left arm & legs with an extra layer, much similar to the usual "hat" texture we had before, just practice a little bit because the textures for the left side are in a strange order if your used to the original method, also use my skin as an example on which side belongs to what :3, i hope this helps i will uploading some more skins that may be better examples for you to use
