He was created back in the 80s as one of those superheroes that would fight Nazi's and stuff like that(like captian marica was originaly), he has many comics under his name and I believe he even has a movie.



Fun fact: Rocketeer was supposed to show up in the Captain Carter "What if" episode.

He was the first that came to mind when you first mentioned Pulp Heroes, I was thinkng of doing someone else but then I remembered how cool he is and I couldn't skip this perfect opportunity.
