Halloween skin I made, Not my best but its pretty good. It can be either a boy or girl, but if you take off the mask it looks like a girl ish.
Does anyone know of a website that allows me to do transparent colors? Like if I pick the color red and put it over some blue parts, it makes it blueish redish so it looks like the red is blended into it kinda? I had found one but idk what happened to it.. and I want to make the blood look more like its stained into the shirt and stuff
Would be awesome if I could get help for that ^ xP

And as far as transparent colors go, I would go with programs like: Gimp, Photoshop, Paint. Etc.
Those would be the best option, and how you would get the stain affect?, well the best option for that is get the airbrush tool, use red as your selected color, and drag and hold it where you want the blood stain to be. That should work just dandy ^^.
Hope this helped, (also, the transparent parts will only show up on PMC, not on a player model in the game, so keep that in mind, but for PMC, yeah go for it!, it's an awesome affect :D)
And for the transparent colors, I had found some website and had lost it, but basically even though you could make some parts of the 2nd layer skin see though, if you placed it on another color, it basically mixed with it?
Idk how to really say that, but basically if I had black and used a white transparent on it, it would make it a grey color, so I was thinking about using that on my skin but with red so that you could see the blood on the clothing

And I don't know of any site that would have that, usually the airbrush tool isn't implemented into many skin creators online. And for the hair mixing colors, well, that's simple, all you do is make the main color hair, shade it, then, get the airbrush tool (the airbrush is your friend, remember that xD)- and get the selected color you want to fuse, and hold and drag, same with the blood, you just hold the airbrush tool around the area you want the colors to fuse until it seems legit.
