Shadow Company (reboot) is a private military organization that served as a supporting faction with Task Force 141, before engaging in a friendly-fire incident during the events of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. It then served as a supporting faction in Warzone 2, and acts as such in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2023).
The private contractor debuted in Verdansk, Kastovia, when tasked to contain a nuclear threat posed by Victor Zakhaev during Season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone (2020).
