The infamous "Lapis Lady", one of the creepiest, most mysterious and most legendary entities that has roamed the world of minecraft for a really long time. To this day, it's origins are pretty much unown, with many speculations and theories that might hint to this dead lady's true backstory.
However, it is known that whatever she once did when she was alive, it had relation to lapislázuli, a resource that's mainly if not entirely used for magic and enchanting, and we all know that in minecraft, things like organisms, dymensions and magic can corrupt itself and other living beings in the process. That might've been what caused the infortunate end for the Lapis Lady, most if not all life was stripped off of her body, to then let the corrupted magic of the lapislázuli take over her neglected body. And so, the tormented vessel of the Lapis Lady haunts and drags other unfortunate players to the darkness, so they can recieve the same fate the Lady once went through
