1) you are allowed to use hair bases, outfit bases, etc.
2) you cannot steal or re-color someone else entry or else you will be disqualified.
3) Has to have some sort of representation of summer on the skin exp. sun on the shirt, flowers on the pants, etc.
4) have fun.
