Anthony Masters AKA “Taskmaster”
Not much information is given on Taskmaster’s origin, but I’ll expalin what is. There was a young boy named Anthony Masters, although it’s implied that this is not his real name. Anthony had a peculiar talent, photographic reflexes, which allowed him to mimic anything. For example, growing up, when he saw cowboys on TV, he learned how to become as skilled with a lasso as they were. However he nearly drowned because he had not yet mimicked swimming. In his teenage years, he only continued to copy and master a variety of skills. Because of Anthony’s innate talents, he was quickly contacted to become an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Anthony went on a mission to Bolivia where there was a Hydra castle that was holding cloned brains of Adolf Hitler. Anthony discovered a primer for the children with Hitler’s mind, and it could be used to more easily understand information. With the castle blowing up all around him, Anthony made a choice that changed his life forever. Tony used the primer, and his mimicry abilities were pushed to superhuman levels, but his regular memories were suppressed. With his life forgotten, he was driven to boredom and madness, becoming a supervillain that trains henchmen for other villains.
