"Through the millennia, the Time Lords of Gallifrey led a life of peace and ordered calm, protected against all threats from lesser civilisations by their great power. But this was to change. Suddenly and terribly, the Time Lords faced the most dangerous crisis in their long history."

This skin features the Master in his decayed form as seen in the 1976 story "The Deadly Assassin" from the British science fiction series "Doctor Who" featuring the 4th Doctor as portrayed by Tom Baker.
The Master was portrayed by Peter Pratt.

"Having used up all twelve of his regenerations, the Master is now a wizened husk. He is seeking to control the presidency in order to obtain the official regalia, the Sash and Rod of Rassilon, which are really keys to the Eye of Harmony, the source of all the Time Lords' power."

The skin depicts the Master while wearing the Sash of Rassilon.

Your welcome! It doesn't matter if it is shaded! You gave it the vanilla Minecraft look! And the skin just looks great!

I like it, but you may want to try Light-Source style shading. It's where it seems a bit more real; like what the shades would look like normally. The outsides would be darker shades of the color whereas the inside would be a bit lighter. I'm no master at skinning, though. It's quite nice overall :)

Light-source? Is that every surface is lit up by a separate light?
No, I don't think it would be appropriate, besides, it would probably result in the loss of texture.
