Fantastic to see someone daring to take this design up. Amazing work! The tentacles just do so much well and you've really got the shaping they need to convey the kinda creepyness that the character really deserves. I think you could consider if the 2x2 size eyes really do you any favours here: They kinda automatically give the character a "nice" facial expression when Ursula perhaps could've done with smaller or more disturbed eyes. I must add though, adding the make-up and having it work is really nice, you did great capturing so much of her so well!
