Valentinian, Valentinianus, or Oualentinianos (Οὐαλεντῖνιανος) was a Byzantine and Eastern Roman emperor of the 4th century. He was the founder of the Valentiniac Dynasty. He fought against the Alamanni, Quadi, and Sarmatians successfully. The Great Conspiracy in Britain also occurred during his reign. This design is uglier than I anticipated originally, but I don't really care.
