Still rusty, but I feel a bit better about this one than yesterday's. Probably still dead, just was in the mood to do another skin. Wave looks about the same as past iterations. I took some small inspiration from some of the skin fight attacks using him from 3 years ago, particularly the goggles and symbol on the back using layers. Hard to believe it's been so long.
