The story begins with a child, a human child at that. being chased down by Bonds (upcoming skin will explain) at swamp Ofeastia which is like the west blue in One piece but without the marines or sea beasts , goes through the town of Oblast at this point RASD is 12 so she couldn't do anything the 12 is so high the blood streams in the veins started to turn around clotting near the lungs and the bp level was rising which was causing her veins to expand like balloon ,right then she entered w12 and the RASD level dropped to -124 which is like twice the level of gear 5 level Luffy to the bonds and they get tanked by her she used her 5th weakest , 7th strongest move out of her 13 moves which is Sterkastram which open a big blackhole turning white spits out a weapon which she points to the ground and the ground will crumble which sends shockwaves throughout the town of 4500 houses , 54000 residents crumbling the buildings at the ground 0which results in a genocide of 500 people and a damage of 1 million zenty qwerts ( 1zn = 7.99 USD) and teleports her out of w12 and lands on w20 RASD raised to 200 .....
