Good job there, but sadly you haven't been using any cullfacing.
I made Brickcraft with only 3D Models and it works just fine.
Yes, you are limited by the render distance, but this can be fixed with a more optimised version.
He / She has to include cullfacing into his models, then it will work just fine.
MineBricks => Realistic performant pack with real life Lego brick colors
Brixel => Lego styled pack, but not rebuildable in Real Life
Polybrick => Lego styled cartoon pack
Brickcraft => Realistic 3D pack, but not so performant...
Novabricks => Lego, but with Vanilla Minecraft textures
Every single one of those has its up and downsides. It's cool that you can choose.
