3DBricks is a 3D resource packs that adds custom 3D models to the game!

The free version includes:
- Grass Block
- Dirt Block
- Stone Block
- Up to 3 variations for most blocks
- Roughness maps

The premium (Patreon) version includes:
- Grass Block
- Dirt Block
- Stone Block
- Sand Block
- Grass Plant
- Tall Grass Plant
- Fern Plant
- Poppy Flower
- Dandelion Flower
- Sugar Cane Plant
- Up to 3 variations for most blocks
- Roughness maps

Note:
  • This pack is very high poly and requires a good GPU (at least GTX 1080)
  • Playing on normal worlds with this pack is not recommended. (Void worlds are perfect)
  • It is recommended to run this pack along with the SEUS PTGI or SEUS HRR shaders.

I like it very much!

Good job there, but sadly you haven't been using any cullfacing.

this is a nice resource pack, but i hope you realize that it will be unusable on most, if not all pcs by the time it's complete.

Why unuseable?

I made Brickcraft with only 3D Models and it works just fine.

Yes, you are limited by the render distance, but this can be fixed with a more optimised version.

He / She has to include cullfacing into his models, then it will work just fine.

ok so in a nutshell we have MineBricks , Brixel , Polybrick , BrickCraft , NovaBricks and now 3D bricks I swear lego texture packs are taking over the world

True, but I think this is wonderful as you have way more options with different packs focusing on different styles.



MineBricks => Realistic performant pack with real life Lego brick colors

Brixel => Lego styled pack, but not rebuildable in Real Life

Polybrick => Lego styled cartoon pack

Brickcraft => Realistic 3D pack, but not so performant...

Novabricks => Lego, but with Vanilla Minecraft textures



Every single one of those has its up and downsides. It's cool that you can choose.

The pack uses 3D models instead of textures and the 3D models use as few vertices as possible. The only textures that are used in the pack are the roughness maps which are x1024 but they shouldn't affect performance much if you don't use them with shaders. You can also delete the black and white textures (roughness maps) in the pack if you are low on ram.
