this texture pack has been discontinued. i didn't like the grainyness of it. i have since made an update for it though it is not fully up to date: http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/avalanchecraft-100-reloaded/

Ah, though you are looking at an old image... check out the fifth image and you will clearly see that they are in fact my ladders and not anyone else's. =] (i hope this has answered your question)

I suggest removing the image though, it's quite confusing to probably more people than just me.
