Better Villagers adds variants to every aspect of villagers, this includes adding slight variations for each profession, different clothing colours, skin tones based on a biomes heat level, larger heads for baby villagers, and biome specific variants for wandering traders.
Entities affected by this pack: Villager, Baby Villager, Zombie Villager, Wandering Trader. For any further information look in the images tab

Villager's arms are one of the most iconic things in Minecraft, (aside from the classics, e.g. creeper head and grass block that everyone knows) and you think Minecraft would be better without them?

How about villagers keeping their folded arms, and when doing tasks or trading, they go normal arm mode holding trade items or farm tools, like the vindicators

And then we will have a common ground atleast
